How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. If you are not currently using any payment service, please let us know so we can add it to our payment list.
We do not currently offer cash on delivery.

Will I receive a confirmation when I place my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email immediately confirming your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an additional email with shipping notification and tracking information.

Can I change my order?
Yes, if your order has not yet shipped and you would like to change your order, please contact us immediately at Support@HarperYoung.shop and provide your order ID so that we can better assist you.

We offer a 60-day full money back guarantee (including shipping) and a limited lifetime warranty.
If you wish to cancel your order, simply send a message with your order ID and we will do our best to assist you.

What if I received a damaged or wrong product?
Harper Young backs our cutlery with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in material and construction and to perform as advertised with proper use and care. The limited lifetime warranty is not transferable.
Despite this policy, we are a small family business and are committed to treating our customers like family. We place your satisfaction above our profits and bottom line and hope that we can continue to maintain our loyalty and trust. Please contact our customer service with your order number and we will investigate the matter.
