Shipping Policy

US Shipping

We offer free 5-7 day ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous 48 states.

We ship as quickly as possible. Orders placed before noon will be processed the same business day after payment is authorized and verified. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping notification and tracking information.

We ship standard to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses.

EU Shipping

We ship to the EU via DHL. Goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Harper Young to import the goods on his/her behalf. In addition, the consignee/buyer agrees that Harper Young may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his/her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. a customs broker). The consignee will pay any taxes and fees in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

International Shipping

International orders are processed and shipped via DHL within 2-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email with shipping notification and tracking information.

Do I need to pay customs duty on my order?

Please note that you may be subject to customs duties and are responsible for specific tariffs imposed by your country's government on imported goods. Unfortunately, we have no control over any specific tariffs imposed by your country's government on your order. The goods you order may be subject to taxes. If officials impose taxes on your package, the cost will be borne by you. Due to legal obligations of border agencies, we are obliged to display the original price of any goods.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

This largely depends on whether the PO Box is large enough to accommodate the package. PO Box deliveries are standard.
