Return policy
We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer free returns within 60 days of your order delivery date. Add kitchen items, test the products, and if you're not happy, send them back! No reason needed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to let you know we've received your return. We'll also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, we'll process your refund and automatically issue the credit to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be credited to your account.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to be credited to your account.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only full-priced items are refundable, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for an identical item, please email Support@HarperYoung.shop or call (+1 213-626-5216) and mail the item to: 241 East 4th St, Los Angeles, CA 90013
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then be notified of your return.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to arrive may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
